Yes, there is still malaria, but much less cases now and if you are really afraid of it you can take anti-malaria pills. For most people it is safe enough to wear long sleeves and use insect repellent.

Yes, the water is safe to drink in the jungle, our guide will always boil it well before you can drink it,just to make sure it is free of bacteria.

Yes. Your guide is an experienced English speaker who will be able to explain everything you see in the jungle. Your ranger is a jungle expert from a local village, their job is to guide you safely through the jungle terrain and show you what is safe to eat. Your ranger can not speak English but you guide will translate it for you.

Of course, we can arrange a meeting before hand for you to meet your guide.

Depending on which trek that you opt for some options are more strenuous than the other. Check the different itineraries for difficulty levels. For example looking at three days two night treks, if you opt for two nights in the jungle this will be more difficult than one night in the jungle and one night in the village as you will do more trekking on the third day.

You don’t need to bring any special equipment as we provide everything you will need. In terms of clothing, it is important to wear proper walking shoes and long sleeve top & trousers for when we’re in the deep jungle. The rest of the time you can wear shorts and t-shirt if you wish. You should bring swimwear and towel for the rivers and waterfalls.

Hat, sunglasses, Sun cream, mosquito repellent, torch, flip flops and a small first aid kit.

All food, water and transport is included in the trip so you will only need money if you wish to buy something like soft drinks when we’re in the village.

Depending on the trek you select you will either be sleeping in a hammock in the jungle, a hammock in a village home stay or a mix of the two. Attached to the hammock is a mosquito-net to keep insects away and it comes with a blanket.

Yes. We can organize bus tickets to most major destinations in Cambodia.

Tipping is entirely up to you and not expected but if you do want to show your appreciation for a great trip then you may do so.

On the trek we will eat rice, noodle, baguettes, eggs and the local bamboo soup. You will also get to sample lots of different foods from the jungle. If you have any special dietary requirements we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
