Parrot Tours – Tour Booking Cancellation Policy

At Parrot Tours, we understand that travel plans may sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team, who prepare in advance to provide you with the best possible experience.

1. Cancellations by Guests
More than 14 days before tour start date 50% refund of the deposit or payment made (minus any bank transfer or processing fees). 7–14 days before tour start date 25% refund of the total tour cost. 3–6 days before tour start date 10% refund of the total tour cost. Less than 48 hours before tour start date / No-show No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by Parrot
Tours If we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered: A full refund of all payments made, or The option to reschedule the tour on a different date (subject to availability).

3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change tour dates or details are subject to availability. If changes are made less than 7 days before the tour, we may treat them as a cancellation and apply the above policy.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Any transaction or bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.

5. Special Notes
For group tours, the cancellation policy applies to the total booking, not individual participants.

For custom or multi-day tours (such as jungle trekking), additional terms may apply depending on local arrangements (e.g., guides, food supplies, transport, and accommodation already reserved)
